Are you the person you want to be?

Are you living your best life?

Are you finding life a little tough at the moment? Sometimes we encounter difficult situations, strong emotions and feelings that can get in the way of our contentment. This may be related to your past, home, work, family, relationships, children, grief, loss or decision-making. It might be that you are facing unprecedented challenges after the pandemic. We are all affected in different ways and a listening ear can help us to navigate out way to feeling stronger and more in control.

Therapy provides the opportunity to understand yourself, others around you and your situation.  This process of reflection and exploration enables you to consider your feelings, thoughts and behaviours. You will feel more empowered, balanced, and restored, allowing you to move on in the way that you want to.

Considering Therapy?

It is time well spent when we think carefully about our lives, how we navigate difficult times and how we face the challenges that can beset us. In my work as a Psychotherapist/Counsellor, Wellbeing and Mental Health Lead and understand that life often presents us with situations that can be uncomfortable for us.  The more we know ourselves, the more empowered we will feel.  We can help ourselves to feel more able to cope and to be more resilient. I offer therapy in two locations: the beautiful Garden Room, with some of the very best views of rolling hills and open countryside.  In this peaceful space, you will have time to explore and reflect upon your thoughts and feelings. The second space is a quiet room that provides a contained and serene environment in a calm setting.

You will have time to contemplate your past, present and future.  You will be able to consider where, who and what is important to you.
